The challenge has been laid down – Ngāti Kahungunu have a bold tupeka kore vision for the future of their iwi and hapū. Te Tai Tokerau have tasted WERO victory before and will challenge hard. Which rohe will be the number one?

Tip of the Day

Stress is a major trigger to smoke. Do you understand what causes your stress? Mataku (fear) is a very powerful deep feeling that we don't always recognise. Fear often lurks underneath anger, behind tears, in the dark of our dreams. Fear causes anxiety - that feeling that something is wrong but you can't put your finger on it. 'Feel the fear and do it anyway' is a good and easy book to read on this. http://bit.ly/12RiljN
